Refund policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting projects agreed in writing after an inquiry. Marketing information on this site is not itself a paid offer.

Eligibility

Service fees may be refunded within seven calendar days of written project confirmation if work has not started and no deliverables were exchanged. This baseline is proposed pending business confirmation and is framed under Singapore’s fair-trading expectations; it is not a statutory cooling-off right for bespoke services.

Partial refunds and milestones

Once a milestone described in your statement of work begins, fees allocated to that milestone are non-refundable. If we terminate without cause before completing a paid milestone, we refund the unused portion of that milestone’s fee.

Deposits

Deposits securing calendar capacity are refundable until the audit kickoff meeting occurs. After kickoff, deposits apply to the first milestone invoice.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may postpone a scheduled kickoff with at least five business days’ notice without penalty. Late cancellations may forfeit reserved capacity and associated deposit amounts stated in your agreement.

How to request a refund

Email info@vector-matrix.digital or call 6000 1907 with your project reference, invoice number, and reason. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
