These terms apply to use of vector-matrix.digital and to consulting services offered by Vector Matrix Consulting in Singapore.

Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on legacy application modernization. Specific scope, fees, and delivery dates are set out only in a signed statement of work or equivalent agreement—not on this marketing site.

Inquiries

Information you submit through /api/inquiry is used to evaluate fit and prepare proposals. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. Automated scraping of the contact endpoint is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Vector Matrix Consulting unless otherwise noted. Deliverables under a paid engagement are governed by the project agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from use of this informational site. Professional services liability is addressed in each project contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any alternate dispute resolution clause in a project agreement.
